Mediation

I am proud of having represented clients in New York City’s divorce and family law courts for almost twenty years; and while seeking judicial action may be necessary in some cases, most matters can and should be mediated. Mediation leads parties out of the courtroom and into the conference room, where resolution is better encouraged. The entire process is likely to be more pleasant and cost-effective.
Mediation is known to be a form of “Alternative Dispute Resolution.” To me, this is a misnomer. Mediation should be the standard, and litigation should be considered as the last resort—or the alternative—in dispute resolution. I look forward to hearing from you and helping you find the best path forward.
