Mediation and Collaborative Law
I am proud of having represented clients in New York City’s divorce and family law courts for over twenty years; and while seeking judicial action may be necessary in some cases, most matters can and should be handled through mediation or collaborative law. These methods lead parties away from the courtroom and into the conference room, where resolution is better encouraged. In fact, the entire process is likely to be more constructive and cost-effective.

Mediation and collaborative law are known to be forms of “Alternative Dispute Resolution.” To me, this is a misnomer. Litigation should be considered as the last resort—or the alternative—in dispute resolution. I look forward to hearing from you and helping you find the best path forward.
